LOS ANGELES (TAC) - In the continuing saga of CBS and Les Moonves, CBS announced on Monday that because of Moonves' violation of company policy, and was deemed uncooperative in the sexual misconduct allegations, he will not be paid his $120 million severance package.
A lawyer for Moonves said that the actions of the board are "without merit", but didn't say whether Moonves would challenge the decision in arbitration.
NEW YORK (TAC) - Monday night, Mary Poppins landed in New York for the red carpet premiere. Emily Blunt looked lovely in a classic silk suit, as she walked the red carpet for Mary Poppins Returns. The premiere was held at the Museum of Modern Art in Manhattan.
On hand was Lin-Manuel Miranda and Dick Van Dyke for the star-studded event. Mary Poppins Returns flies into theaters on Wednesday, December 19, 2018.
LOS ANGELES (TAC) - Controversial comedian, Katt Williams is headed to a TV near you. He will join Black-ish for one episode and according to intouchweekly.com, Katt is slated to appear as Perry, the father of new character Kyra (Quvenzhané Wallis). Kyra is Dre’s young cousin who will be living with the family as her mom can no longer properly care of her. Perry is estranged from his daughter but will pop in for an unexpected visit, the report states.
Many in Williams' inner circle, believe that this could be a major comback for the comedian.
LOS ANGELES (TAC) - Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star Alfonso Ribeiro, is suing Fortnite's creator over his iconic dance. Ribeiro made the "Carlton Dance" famous on the hit 90's TV show, and he is joining a long list of celebrities suing Fortnite for allegedly using their famous dance moves. Fortnite has over 200 million worldwide users.
